A Bobrow

Norman Bobrow’s career in real estate began in 1971 when he was an executive at the Centex Corporation. He was a project manager for this large publicly held real estate development firm and was primarily responsible for construction and marketing activities. As a member of the Muss family and third generation actively involved in the real estate industry, Norman has a vast knowledge of the New York marketplace.

After leaving Centex, Norman was named Director of Leasing at IEC Properties, and later Vice President of R.B. Schlessinger, a commercial real estate company in Manhattan, where he remained for seven years.

Norman has represented and individually participated in the negotiation and consulting of over 3,000 leases and acquisitions of over 300 properties throughout the country. His company stresses accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to enable the customer to comprehend all financial and business ramifications of every transaction. His strengths lie in providing his customers with the best space available and negotiating the best lease possible.

Norman is a well-known philanthropist with involvement in over 100 charities annually. He sits on the board and advisory committee of numerous organizations including Chabad’s Children of Chernobyl, Solomon Schechter School of Queens, State of Israel Bonds, Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America (CAMERA) and Young Israel of Jamaica Estates.
